These Terms govern the gathering split-bill web app Split Bill Calculator, operated by John.k.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Conditions for this personal app.

Article 2 (The Service)

1. Sign up and sign in with email and password. Only the latest signed-in device may stay active.
2. Create gatherings and split expenses. Invite others by code or email.
3. Save display names and bank account aliases, holders, and numbers. Copy results to share in chat.
4. The Service does not send money. It only calculates shares. Check amounts and accounts before any transfer.

Article 3 (Data)

Settlement and account data are stored in the cloud with the user account. They do not stay on this device only.

Article 4 (User duties)

Do not register someone else’s account without permission, or induce transfers with false splits.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for input errors, disputes among users, or information shared in external messengers.

Article 6 (Accounts)

Sign-out is available in the app. Email ilovejs97@gmail.com to delete an account and related data.

Article 7 (Governing law)

Laws of the Republic of Korea.
