Privacy Policy (Lumi)
John.k operates the AI character chat app Lumi.

1. Information collected
- Account: a temporary browse ID; email and password (stored encrypted) if registered; nickname and gender if set; Kakao, Google, or Apple sign-in info
- Content: character profiles and photos, chat, memories and episode progress, comments
- Usage limits: Lights (continue by watching ads) and daily chat amounts
- Alerts: device info needed to send notifications
- Ads: Google ads may process an advertising identifier, network address, approximate device data, and ad taps or views
- Technical: minimal app and phone type data for troubleshooting
2. Purposes
Sign-in, AI chat and image creation, usage limits and ads, alerts, abuse prevention, support.

Chat and character text or photos may go through those processes for the purposes above. Personal information is not sold.
4. Advertising
Ads may appear at the bottom of the screen, in the middle of use, after watching to extend a limit, or when leaving. The app still works if tracking is denied on iPhone. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and Content are kept until a deletion request or service end. Some messages and characters can be deleted in the app. Email to delete an entire account.
6. Children
Not directed at children under 13. No knowing collection of children’s data.
