Terms of Service (Lumi)
These Terms govern the AI character chat app Lumi, operated by John.k (the "Operator").

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set rights and duties between the Operator and users.
Article 2 (The Service)
- Scene discovery, free chat, episodes, official characters, and Studio (original characters after sign-in)
- Anonymous browsing, or Kakao, Google, Apple, or email-and-password sign-in
- Lights (extend daily chat limits with ads). Ads may appear at the bottom of the screen or in the middle of use
- Push notifications the user allows (including proactive messages)
AI replies are for entertainment. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
Article 3 (Accounts)
- The Service is for users 13 or older.
- Users are responsible for account security.
- Signing out may return the session to anonymous use.
- If there is no in-app delete-account control, email ilovejs97@gmail.com to request deletion after identity checks.
Article 4 (Content)
- Only fictional original characters. Celebrity or real-person characters are not allowed.
- Studio characters may be reviewed before they appear.
- Users are responsible for Content they create. The Operator may store and process it to run the Service and comply with law.
- Harmful content for minors, infringement, abuse, and abnormal traffic are prohibited.
Article 5 (Ads)
Google ads may appear. Watching an ad can extend the daily chat limit. Denying tracking on iPhone still allows core features.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
Liability is limited as allowed by law for outages of AI or cloud providers, networks, and AI-generated Content.
Article 7 (Governing law)
Laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
