Terms of Service (Lumi)

These Terms govern the AI character chat app Lumi, operated by John.k (the "Operator").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set rights and duties between the Operator and users.

Article 2 (The Service)

  1. Scene discovery, free chat, episodes, official characters, and Studio (original characters after sign-in)
  2. Anonymous browsing, or Kakao, Google, Apple, or email-and-password sign-in
  3. Lights (extend daily chat limits with ads). Ads may appear at the bottom of the screen or in the middle of use
  4. Push notifications the user allows (including proactive messages)

AI replies are for entertainment. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

Article 3 (Accounts)

  1. The Service is for users 13 or older.
  2. Users are responsible for account security.
  3. Signing out may return the session to anonymous use.
  4. If there is no in-app delete-account control, email ilovejs97@gmail.com to request deletion after identity checks.

Article 4 (Content)

  1. Only fictional original characters. Celebrity or real-person characters are not allowed.
  2. Studio characters may be reviewed before they appear.
  3. Users are responsible for Content they create. The Operator may store and process it to run the Service and comply with law.
  4. Harmful content for minors, infringement, abuse, and abnormal traffic are prohibited.

Article 5 (Ads)

Google ads may appear. Watching an ad can extend the daily chat limit. Denying tracking on iPhone still allows core features.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Liability is limited as allowed by law for outages of AI or cloud providers, networks, and AI-generated Content.

Article 7 (Governing law)

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
