Terms of Service (My Scrap)

These Terms govern My Scrap, operated by John.k.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Conditions for using this app.

Article 2 (The Service)

  1. Links, notes, and folders are stored only on this device. There is no account or operator server.
  2. On Android, Share from other apps can save a link.
  3. Saved addresses can be opened in the app, and text can be read from photos on this device.
  4. From the menu, scraps can be backed up as a file on this device and restored from that file. Restore replaces current data.
  5. Google ads may appear on the home screen and when leaving the app.

Article 3 (Data)

Uninstalling the app or clearing storage can delete scraps. The Operator has no cloud restore duty. Local backup files are the user’s responsibility.

Article 4 (External sites)

Opening a saved URL makes a normal internet request. That site’s content, ads, and privacy practices are its operator’s responsibility.

Article 5 (User duties)

Do not store or share infringing Content, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

Article 6 (Governing law)

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
