These Terms govern the vertical shooter 1941 Galaxy, operated by John.k.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Conditions for this personal game.

Article 2 (The Service)

1. Play without an account.
2. High scores are stored on the device. There is no live global leaderboard server.
3. Campaign and co-op modes may be included.
4. Software and assets belong to the Operator or rightful owners.

Article 3 (User duties)

Do not cheat, tamper with memory, use macros, or modify the client to fake scores.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

No duty to restore progress lost to frame drops or crashes. Balance and stages may change without notice.

Article 5 (Governing law)

Laws of the Republic of Korea.
