Individual developer John.k operates the stair climbing game STAIR KING. STAIR KING collects no personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics.

1. Information collected
None. There is no sign-up or sign-in, and nothing is sent to the developer.
2. Information stored on the device
Game progress is kept only on this device:
- Stars and best records for each stage
- Coins and unlocked characters
- Sound settings
None of it is sent to anyone, and uninstalling the app deletes it.
3. Network use
1 VS 1 connects two devices on the same Wi-Fi directly to each other.
- What is exchanged: the room name, the number used to generate the stairs (the seed), and how many steps the opponent has climbed
- Nothing passes through the developer's servers or any other server, and nothing leaves the local network.
- Without this mode, the app makes no network connections at all.

They are not used for anything else.
5. Third parties and processors
None. No ad SDK, analytics SDK, or crash reporting tool is included. Since nothing is collected, there is nothing to share with or hand to a third party.
6. Children
Because no personal information is collected, nothing is collected from users under 14 either.

If the policy changes, this document is updated and the last-updated date is revised.
